MANAGERS, ADMINISTRATORS, DIRECTORS, REPRESENTATIVES OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
A permanent visa may be issued to individuals who are assigned as managers, administrators or directors of a company or institution in Brazil or as representatives in Brazil of financial institutions with headquarters abroad. This kind of visa may also be granted to the dependants of the applicant. The visa application and the pertinent documentation must be lodged in Brazil by the employer or interested institution with the Brazilian Ministry of Labour and Employment.
The requirements to be fulfilled by managers, administrators and directors are listed in the Normative Resolution n° 62 of 08/12/2004 of the National Council for Immigration.
The requirements to be fulfilled by representatives of financial institutions are listed in the Normative Resolution no 63 of 6/07/2005 of the National Council for Immigration.

The authorization for a visa to be issued is valid for six (6) months counting from the date it is received by the Embassy.
After the Embassy has been authorized to issue the permanent visa, the applicant must present or send the following:
A – Valid passport (valid for at least six months prior to its expiration date);
B – Application form, completed and signed by the applicant;
C – One passport-size photographs, front view, white background;
D – Certificate of good behaviour (international model) issued by the Norwegian/Icelandic Police and of the country of origin, in the case of being a national of a third country (issued not more than 90 days prior to delivery to this Embassy).
A- Application form, filled in and signed by the applicant;
If the dependant (spouse and children under 21 years old) is under 18 years old, the form shall be signed by the applicant;
B- Passport valid for at least six months prior to its expiration date;
C- One passport-size photograph, front view, white background;
D- Certificate of good behaviour (Transcript of the Police Records) issued in the county of residence and origin, not more than 90 days prior to delivery to this Embassy. Minors are exempt from certificate of good behaviour. Please note that certificates issued in other countries than Norway and Iceland must be legalized by the Brazilian Diplomatic Representation in the country where they were issued;
E- Original marriage certificate and/or birth certificate (international model), in case a permanent visa is also requested for the applicant’s spouse or children). Legalization fee: NOK 160 per document.
